3 Pass Intelligence Solitaire

3 Pass Intelligence Solitaire is a more challenging version of Intelligence Solitaire that only allows the player to reshuffle the cards that have not been placed into the foundation twice, instead of the threee times that is typeical for other versions of Intelligence Solitaire. Like in other versions of Intelligence Solitaire, 3 Pass is palyed with two decks of cards, and 19 piles that must be built down from King to Ace. All 8 foundations must be built up from Ace to King. When all the cards have been removed from a pile, 3 cards are dealt into the pile from the stock to create a new pile in it's place.
